Emma is a delightful ,enthusiastic member of your team ! She's a perfectionist and clearly enjoys her work. Lovely buzzy atmosphere in the salon, lots of smiles, everyone working hard. Did miss no cucumber for the chilled water.

Not a very relaxing experience - the service felt rushed and my nails don't look great. I felt a bit abandoned at the end of the treatment, being left to remove excess oil myself. When I've been before I felt more pampered, this wasn't the same. I appreciate it's a busy time of year, but it was just disappointing, and I'm not thrilled with the results.
