Lots of cleaning and strict following of covid rules, feel very safe in the salon and in good hands. Stylist was very professional put me at ease and very kind. Lots of advice given relevant to my hair type and style.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with it. Warm and friendly welcome. Seen to quickly. I was offered a drink as soon as I was seated. Zoe was lovely to talk to and made easy conversation throughout the time I was there. Hair was cut very well and styled lovely. Environment was clean. Seating well spaced out and compliant with covid rules. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely use again.

I was disapoint with the stylist, she seemed more interested chatting with the staff and other people in the salon than the client who's hair she was meant to be attending, however my hair does look nice, but it doesn't make up for the stylist to be so distracted!!!! I feel it borders on the point of being rude.
