We are very lucky in Hull to have a hairdresser who is nationally acclaimed and supremely talented and who is willing to pass this talent on to her staff. When requested, thoughtful and professional advice is given but always with you as an individual in mind. Susan has an excellent understanding of people and therefore what they want. Visiting the salon is always a pleasant experience as she and her staff are kind and considerate. Training of the staff is to a very high standard, overseen by Susan, supported by her senior staff. It's a 'tight ship' well run, and her influence permeates the whole place - extremely professional, artistically creative, all within an environment which feels really relaxed and welcoming. Can't actually think of any negatives!
