On entering the salon, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Great hair wash and head massage. Checking if I wanted a drink a couple of times, which was great as I initially said no, then changed my mind. Ian is a super star. I don't get much quiet time in my life, so was looking forward to just sitting while someone does my hair for me. However, Ian's conversation was not too little and not too much and not banal conversation either. The whole experience was great, very relaxing with a wonderful hair cut to finish. I don't feel I need to go anywhere else for future hair cuts. Completely satisfied with the all round hair style experience. Some of you reading this may feel I've gone a bit over the top, but I find, in this day and age, people are far too quick to criticise and complain. Well done The Cutting Room.
