Always love visiting. Have been getting my hair done there for approx 7 years now. Have had loads of different colours and looks but never ever a bad look or experience. The staff are brilliant - almost don't want to recommend it because then everyone will start going there...;) highly rated!

My criticism would be that on my last visit there was no soap in the toilet. As this is used by staff and clients this does raise a hygiene issue.

I only wouldn't refer since most of my friends live well outside the area and family are non-existent! Work friends are also spread outside the Manchester area - but I do mention you when people compliment me on my hair.

Lauren Arstall has cut my hair now for over 4 years and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive. I no longer have my hair coloured there due to the expense but will continue for Lauren to cut my hair regardless of price. She's a credit to the salon and has got a really bubbly personality which makes the experience fun. The salon staff are also very friendly and accommodating.

As always went into the salon feeling rather scruffy and came out later feeling a 'million dollars'. Love the introduction of the nail bar.

Air-con unit(good prices at B&Q)would make the ground floor salon more comfortable for staff and clients as the ceiling is low and ventilation not good.(especially in the Summer!)
