After a particularly difficult few weeks, and with nothing done towards Christmas, I nearly cancelled my appointment! However, having had my feet pampered by Melanie, and toenails turned red and sparkly, I felt relaxed and thought that I could at least wave my feet in a festive gesture! A wonderful head massage following hair wash relaxed me further and by the time Kate had rendered my wayward hair tidy [as she has been doing very effectively for longer than either of us like to admit!] I felt at least a decade younger and left the salon with a spring in my step! So friendly, efficient but welcoming atmosphere, brilliant results..what's not to like??!! I was particularly touched when several members of staff asked after by mother-in-law who had been a customer in the past and who I had taken for treat Christmas and 90th birthday manicures in the last couple of years.I really don't think any salon could do more or better!

Chantelle is an absolute gem! She never ceases to amaze with her skill and knowledge on colouring. I am always 100% satisfied with my hair when I leave The Chair! Will never go anywhere else.
