I visited The Chair for the first time to have my hair cut with Luke and I contacted the salon ahead of my appointment to let them know about my hidden disability. Sarah was incredibly understanding and offered me a quieter spot to have my hair cut. When I arrived for my appointment the staff checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was happy and comfortable which I really appreciated. Luke was chatty and kind and he immediately knew what I wanted for my cut based on the photos I showed him. I'm so happy with how it turned out and I'm looking forward to visiting again. Thank you to the lovely team for such a good experience!
