The people who looked after me for beauty services were fantastic, friendly and very professional, but on entry and exit there were large groups 4+ of hairdressing staff just milling about the till and waiting areas laughing and joking who went silent when I walked in and made me feel very unwelcome for interrupting their time together. The salon has plenty of space so they don't necessarily need to be in that area. If I hadn't booked online, from how it looked outside I would never of walked in, which is a shame as the service I got 1-2-1 from borough beauty was exceptional.

Katherine was excellent. Very happy with the haircut and experience. It's at the higher end of what I'd pay for what is essentially a "short, back and sides", but Katherine was attentive and made every effort to ensure I was happy with the outcome.

I would always say and have always said this Salon is wonderful and I'd of given everything top marks. But today I was shocked that my treatments had gone up over £50 from last time I came for exactly the same and with no warning. Management should of warned clients first before doing this.
