Love my hair styles which is why I choose to come here.A little disappointed with how prices are worked out. have booked a wash and blowdry for saturday as am going to a wedding and it will cost me £27. If I don't book and just walk in it will cost me £15. I thought it would be one price for all or at least regular customers would get the cheaper rate!!!!

Excellent salon, one which I have used for a number of years. However I was a little disappointed today when arriving for my 11am cut & blow dry to find the salon closed, this was due to the staff having a meeting at the Ampthill salon and were on their way back to the Luton branch. However I was committed to other appointments on my day off and felt that this was unusually lacking in good customer service. The staff were very apologetic but nevertheless from a customers point of view it was a little worrying to arrive to find everything locked up and needed to call the Ampthill salon to find out what was going on. I am sure this is a one off, but inconvenient nonetheless.

I am so sorry for this, it was a mistake on our side as there should have been a note on the door explaining that we had staff training. I appoloigies for this mistake. I like to give my staff the best training and we have monthly meetings to make sure we are delivering this. But I am sorry to keep you waiting. Kind regards Steve Hilliard

My usual salon couldn't fit me in so I used Steve hilliards hairdressing on line booking. I had an appointment with Sam and was more than impressed. My hair is lovely and I have had a lot of compliments so well done Sam

I used to hate going to the hairdressers and avoided it at all costs! However now I have found an amazing hair salon that I know I Will stick with. Everyone that works in the salon are lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I now enjoy going to the hairdressers and the lovely comments I received from the staff about my hair getting stronger and healthier left me feeling very positive. I look forward to my next appointment and will definitely be recommending the salon to every one I know.

Would recommend this hairdressers to anyone. I have recommended 4 people to this salon. In return have you get hair price cut and blow dry everytime you do so for each person you have recommended!I am a very fussy client when it comes to my hair and not once have I left the salon disappointed. Great service, very friendly!!
