I trust Steve to decide what is best for my hair and he always gets it right. Also he is honest when I ask for something and he thinks it won't work for my hair in style or colour. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I appreciate the small gestures such as being recognised when I walk in the salon and being offered refreshments. Also the conversation is pleasant but not intrusive. The whole experience is consistently good and I have never been disappointed with the results. The stylist really listens to what I want and then does it!

i do think it is getting very expensive and know that my friends wouldn't pay that much for having a hair cut and blow dry. I do colour my hair myself as I wouldn't want to regularly pay your prices for a whole head colour but I am happy to have my regular cut and blow drys from Charlie.
