I must say I was quite disappointed with my last visit. On arrival the door was propped open and I was asked to take a seat in one of the hair dressing seats. There was no encouragement or request to use sanitizing hand gel at any time during my visit. Prior to my visit I had found out that this salon now has a website where bookings can be made together with the prices and a listing of all services. Unless I missed it there was no mention of Covid 19 and what processes they had put in place to reduce the risk, nor what they expected from their clientele. Also the price list made no mention of a PPE supplement that I was subsequently charged. As a minimum the slight rise in prices should have been mentioned as well as the one time compulsory PPE supplement. At least I would have the opportunity to discuss and agree ahead of getting a cut. My wife attends a different salon where her recent experience of Covid 19 prevention and protection was streets ahead of Hair Boutique. Very disappointing all round.
