When I called to make the booking I asked for a Wednesday evening appointment (I have been having these for several years now). I was told they don't do Wednesday evening appointments and never have! Bit weird, I don't know if it was a new girl or what. Not very helpful. My regular hair dresser has left but my new one is just as good so still very happy with the service.
