A wonderful experience from Salon 55, from booking to finishing up with the stylist. The ease of booking on the website allowed me information about what service I was going to receive, who I was going to be seen by and also clear costing. This is very refreshing as I have previously encountered problems with this as somebody who knows nothing of hairdressing. I received booking confirmation, confirmation texts and upon arrival was welcomed as I was expected. I was offered a hot drink and felt very comfortable in the space provided with the assistant and the stylist. The assistant was professional, respectful and kind as I had my hair prepared for my cut. My stylist, Kayleigh, understood exactly what I wanted and checked with me thoughout the cut to gauge if I was happy. I felt relaxed in the environment and was able to discuss at ease. Wonderful experience throughout, thank you, I will be back :)
