Think attention should be given to training reception staff to be more confidential in details disclosed when making an appointment with customers, especially when other customers are standing close by. In a small town we may want to keep details of some treatments confidential and so not have them discussed by 2 or 3 reception staff in front of other customers/clients.

Just back from my appointment at Salon Ten in Much Wenlock. Always a pleasure and, as I have observed before, the young man who washed my hair has a real talent for massage which he should develop. Nicky gave me a complete overhaul for a new look and I am delighted with it. It's flattering and easy to manage ~ just what I need when I am busy professionally. Very many thanks again!
