The cut is ok but I felt rushed through I was out within 40 mins and my hair just had the ends trimmed. There doesn’t appear to be any style to it I said I wanted some softness to my face and got a kind of fringe cut in just one length and halfway down the rest of my hair. My hair looks better as the ends have been cut but it looks the same and it’s not in a bob or my other choice shaped around my face. I feel quite disappointed as I have always like my haircut with your salon but this time I felt my haircut was rushed and my head got too hot through blow drying and I flinch d as it felt like it was burning although she did then make it cooler!!! Very disappointing. I would come back but not to the same hairdresser. Sorry

The staff are friendly and helpful and well trained which makes the personal experience very enjoyable. Improvements could be the music which sometimes is head banging, repetitive and hostile to the otherwise very pleasant overall experience. The lighting could be better but all else if fine.

The hair dye looked great after. It was well applied and washed. The only feedback I have is please don’t mix the colour before meeting with the client even if they are late. I was only 8 mins late and there is usually a 15 minute leeway given to clients after their appointment time.

Always thrilled with Sally Adams and especially Kerry’s expertise. My only issue is when you just have a few foils put through for scattered highlights only, I think £66 fairly expensive for approximately10 foils.

Imogen is an exceptional stylist and I am never disappointed with the service she gives or the finish to my colour and cut. I would recommend imogen without hesitation to anyone! I have left a review before following a visit and my feedback remains the same. The time that is taken in the additional services is far less than it used to be. A hand massage used to be an enjoyable good 5 mins or so whereas now it’s a rub with hand cream front and back. Similarly, the head massage during your wash used to be one of the highlights of the experience but now it’s a quick 2 mins and it’s over. It doesn’t feel as though the junior members have the same training or drive to ensure an optimal experience for the client. In a world where there’s plenty competition and when prices for services are increasing, the small added values make all the difference. The atmosphere in the salon is different now too, and it doesn’t feel as buoyant as it used to.

I think the salon did really well under all the restrictions. In fact it was much more ‘normal’ than I thought it would be. I did miss the towels though- had a bit of dripping wet hair down my back. I wonder if larger disposable towels could be used- I.e. disposable diaper travel mats used for babies. These are small towel sized and could prevent dripping down backs after the hair wash.
