The beauty staff and the hairdressing staff are all really friendly, helpful and efficient. They listen to you and make good suggestions - I always prefer to be guided by someone who knows what they are doing! You feel pampered and very well looked after - superb head massage during shampoo and excellent drinks in hairdressing salon. I usually book well in advance, but have managed to get last minute appointments as well. Great place!
