My hair consultant was Amrit. She met me three days ago and advised me what treatment would be best for my hair as I wanted to go grey. From the moment I walked in she was so hospitable and knowledgeable and professional. She took a strand test to see how the colour would lift off and said she would call me the next day to advise on how light my hair could go with bleach followed by toner. She called me back the same day ! and I was delighted to hear that the bleach had lifted off so much colour. I immediately made an appt with Amrit for Friday. I have to say that Amrit made me feel very welcome and was very thorough in her explanation on what she would do. She was absolutely brilliant. She was professional and very hospitable at all times and very nice. My hair was fantastic, the toner, wash, blowdry and cut were fabulous. The overall look was perfect. I like her alot. She's an asset to Saks Heston. All the girls there are very professional and extremely friendly. They all waved bye as I left !... what gret service.
