I regularly travel for over an hour to have my hair cut at Sax in Heston. It is always a pleasurable experience, relaxed, comfortable and with a warm welcome and a cup of tea and nice biscuit provided. My stylist Kiran always does exactly what I ask with no fears that she will cut my hair too short or make a mess of it. She is professional and experienced and performs a lovely relaxing head massage during the wash, as well as being good company without the clichéd questions often offered by hairdressers as conversation.

I had the best full body massage I have ever received from Charlene. I had shoulder and back pains and her ability to pinpoint the problem and work it with the right level of force was excellent. It really helped. The whole saks team under Zoe and Payam's management are brilliant. Regards Vic
