Brooke and Louise ae great, but the place leaves a lot to be desired. I am uncomfortable with the lack of hygine and general cleanliness.

The therapist was disorganised and kept having to go and get things. She dropped things on the floor and altogether was not very professional. The bed I lay on still had the paper from the previous client on it. It is no longer a calming environment in which to sit before or after treatments with the adjacent salon.

It is a lovely salon to visit , but I think it's overpriced for what I done , I only went for a cut which is just a trim and a £10 hair treatment , I payed £50 at the end so £40 for a cut and wash x very overpriced xx

£25 to have the back off my hair trimmed up whilst I'm between cuts. Only wish I'd checked the price before hand. I won't be back.

Following a visit to the salon today, I left very disappointed with the final cut and finish. The overall cut around the bottom was not straight and the shaping around the face was uneven, unbalanced and whispy. The overall finish was tatty and not salon standard. . After attending the salon for years, I will sadly not be visiting the salon again.

Dissatisfied with the service I received today… I wasn’t informed at the time of booking that my appointment was with a new stylist. I don’t have an issue at all with using a newly qualified stylist however my appointment today took 4.5 hours for a full head of HL on above shoulder length hair. It 3 hours alone to put the foils in with 2 sets of them being removed and rinsed during treatment. It was only when paying I was told it was a new girl and that I should have been made aware of it at the time of booking. The lady told me during my HL that she was packing them in (which doesn’t mean much to me) and I feel like the finished result resembles a full head of bleach. I personally think paying £116 for being in the salon for 4.5 hours and not loving my hair like I usually do stepping out of Reds is extreme. I would have said this at the time of leaving but I didn’t want to make a fuss now make the lady feel awful. A little fore warning would have been appreciated
