Today I had an appointment booked for 10:00 but had to make an urgent appointment at the doctors due to my little boy having an eye infection. Of course the only available time at the doctors was 10:00. I phoned the salon and explained the situation. They said to just come ASAP. The doctors were running half an hour late so I eventually arrived at the salmon 45 minutes late. All staff were fantastic and even though I offered to rebook, they wouldn't hear of it. I received brilliant service and all staff were accommodating of me and my poorly 1 year old. I couldn't wish for a better local salon. My hair is coloured beautifully and I feel refreshed and ready for Christmas festivities.
