Red is a treat to visit. The staff are always extremely friendly and relaxed but very professional. I often have to make appointments at short notice and sometimes with a stylist who isn't my regular stylist. I have always been very pleased with the finshed cut and feel comfortable with the fact that I will sometimes switch stylists without there being any bad feeling. Charlotte and her team have an excellant working relationship which is apparent in with friendliness of your welcome and the satisfaction of the clients. Keep up the excellant work. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else go get my hair cut. Jan x
