Everybody was friendly and helpful. The girl (Veronica?) Who did my hair took hours over it and really worked hard to get it super-smooth ... a brilliant service with great attention to detail.

I was very happy to get a Saturday morning booking at Beauty & Melody. This salon has a great location, and is very bright and clean. The staff were friendly, and knowledgeable and I was very happy with the results of my colour, cut and style.

We booked Beauty and Melody salon over the internet in desperation as our usual salon was fully booked. My daughter and I arrived to find this lovely gem of a business. She left with a full head of highlights expertly coloured at a wonderful price. We are hooked.

From the moment I step into this salon to the moment I leave I feel relaxed and happy. The staff are all extremely attentive and professional, provide amazing head massages and the cut always looks great until my next salon visit. Little touches like a choice of essential oils for a head massage before a cut, delicious Aveda tea and the uplifting scents of burning candles in store aid the feeling of calm and relaxation. I have already recommended both beauty and hair services to friends and will continue to do so.
