I had an 11.30 appt. my dresser came and asked me if it was ok she finished another clients blow dry and then take me.. I agreed. At 11.50 the junior girl took me, did my Olaplex and dried my hair!!! Why did I need to wait if the senior woman was not going to do my treatment?? Every time I go there.. I am taken 15-20 minutes late.. the girls at the reception ( most ) are snooty, busy chatting MG and not very approachable

The service I have received at this salon has been lovely overall however today was my fifth session as the first time my therapist used laser on my bikini line. I have had 4 sessions with no one focusing on my bikini line at all when I have paid for Hollywood. This is unfortunate as my growth is still very present and I do feel that it is my body showing the results however I feel that the laser hasn't always been performed properly as you can tell by the fact that no one has ever focuses on my bikini line other than today. The lady I had today was amazing

I would thoroughly recommend Beauty and Melody Hair and Spa to family and friends and will definitely go again. My therapist was lovely and. I visited due to a Groupon facial. This is definitely the best one I have had. With most vouchers you can tell you are not getting the "full price" treatment but with this one that was definitely not the case. The normal treatment prices are really good value as well.

Salon argued with me about the number of treatments I had already received. They implied a no show, I repeatedly informed them they had cancelled an appointment, which only my insistence of finding paper copies of my appointment dates, before moving to an iPad system, satisfied them of. They repeatedly suggested I might have had appointments between my fourth and fifth session, which I informed them I had not, because I had been ill in that time frame. They questioned why 12 weeks had passed between appointments, which I explained was due to their cancellation and a holiday, which meant I couldn't come sooner. Basically they refused to listen to me or believe me and implied every time that I must be wrong and I needed to pay for another session. This was not the case, this implied I was lying and I don't take kindly to that. I will not be returning here and advise all customers to keep notes of their appointment dates and times. Furthermore, make sure you have notes of your treatments, once in the room I was told what treatment and what areas of the body I was having treatment on, which was wrong. I'd corrected the beautician last time too and the paperwork I had asked them to pull out to prove I wasn't lying showed correctly what treatment I should have been having clearly. Shambolic scammers, who imply their customers are lying, because they can't keep accurate track on their booking systems. Four people telling me I'm wrong when I'm not and no-one bothered to apologise. It's pretty appalling!

Receptionists changed this year. There used to be a very kind woman, but the new ones are mostly rude, acting like if they owned the place. The therapists are always kind, but they have different methods and sometimes some of them are better than others. I found one I liked and the treatment went well (what doesn't happen with all of them) but I can't be assured to have my next session with the same one even if I book the same day at the same time. I even asked the therapist... That's the only thing that I ask for, considering between my last appointment six weeks ago and today I received two calls (once on a Sunday!) asking me to change my appointment. Today I had my 11th session, and I had six more on a different area. So I've been a client for almost a year and a half and I'm still treated like that. Sometimes I've waited to be served for half an hour, but be careful, if you arrive five minutes late, even if they are running half an hour late, they will first tell you you can't have your appointment. I really like the place, the ambience is lovely and it's so beautiful. I think I saw the owners a few times and they will offer me a hot drink or some water. Get some better receptionists...
