Charges are excessive for a child of 16 - charged an adult price despite website clearly stating child is 16 and under. Too expensive, wouldn’t accept the discount voucher emailed to us, and a poor atmosphere when the owner is around. We won’t be using this salon again. A shame because we traveled back into the area for the salon after moving house.

My hair wasn’t dry when blow dried and when the straighteners where used there was steam coming off my hair as it was damp and with curly hair it has to be blow dried properly, so when I got home a dried my hair off

Everything was nice but I didnt come out with the actual color I wanted. I asked for blonde highlights but came home with like a honey blonde, definitly not as bright as I wanted.

Very nice place, nice staff, nice haircut, friendly and professional, no problem. I love the fact that they are opened on Sundays and late 3 times a week so I will be coming back. I also love the online booking facility. The small glitch is that I did not get the 20% discount I was promised as a first time customer (from their website). I admit I did not remind them of it but then again it was difficult to know straight away if it had been applied as I did not know what level of service I was getting (I booked for myself and the husband and there are 3 levels of cost depending on the seniority and when booking online I just left it as "any" and I was not informed which one it was when the booking was then made).

The guys at pure hair design are great, however the recent price increases doesn't help.
