Top class service, highly professional staff. Emily has been doing my hair for years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is absolutely brilliant at hairdressing, always happy to give advice, and she and all the staff always make me feel welcome. The testimony is in other people's comments about my hair, and another hairdresser at a party who said the cut was excellent!

Emily has been cutting my hair for about 3 years. I am always happy with my hair (I'm fussy!)It's always easy to style for a good few weeks afterwards. The other stylists also trim my fringe for free in between, everyone is always friendly and accomodating with appointments. The price I pay isn't cheap, but in this case - you do get what you pay for. I have been to other local salons, paid about the same and not been happy with my hair. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Always get sound advise with hair problems at Profiles,they are also a very forward thinking salon regards to implementing the latest techniques too, and offering sound advise on hair/scalp problems/ treatments. Most importanntly, my hairdresser really gets what i want with my hair...it took a while with previous hairdressers, but i am confident that i can leave this salon feeling greatabout my hair and confident.Bless u all at ProfilesX

Always made to feel welcome, great atmosphere and its my escape for a pamper- the head massage is fantastic! . The staff are knowledgable and friendly and very experienced and I always go away with my hair looking great. They understand any concerns I have about my hair and scalp and offer advice which really does work. They are proactive in adapting to new techniques and styles and listen to what a client requests and interprets correctly. Extremely good value for money and better than some if the top London salons. Highly recommended

I have had Emily as my hairdresser for many years now and value her knowledge and experience greatly. She has created a fantastic and welcoming environment within the salon, everyone is friendly genuinely happy within their roles and work so well as a team. I wouldn't have my hair done anywhere else!
