Naomi had a welcoming and cheerful manner that added to a pleasant experience. She asked about my preferences in style and her suggestions gave me confidence in her professional ability to choose a suitable cut for me. The whole salon had a calm atmosphere. Naomi also gave advice and information about other services (eg. colour) without pressure to buy products. I was asked if I wanted finishing product applied after my cut and dry and this gave me the opportunity to try a product I hadn't used before and see the effect, but, again, no pressure to buy the product. As a first-time customer, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a generous discount for my first visit. I like the booking system at this salon. This worked well for me, as a newcomer to the area and working full-time.
