Have been going to Planet for several years and always had a generally good experience. Feel like I was misled yesterday with regards to the price of my haircut, despite being quoted a price over the phone and online (and it not stating about extra charges on the Google booking form), I was charged extra for the cut and blow dry because I was told it was more than a couple of inches being cut and therefore counted as a restyle. And due to the length of my hair which, again, it doesn't state on the booking form. I don't think its clear enough online, nor do I think this is made clear when discussing over the phone and I therefore felt a bit trapped into paying a significant amount more than I had initially been quoted. That being said the haircut and service is always good and the staff are friendly and helpful which is why I continue to go back, and I am grateful for this.
