A lovely experience in the Waterfall Spa which finished off a delightful couple of days at the Salutation Hotel. Anna was very professional and friendly, and I'm very pleased with my manicure. Recommended!

Spa was fabulous especially when you return from a long day walking. Booked Swedish massage for myself and partner had full body aromatherapy massage,staff very professional, gave after care advice and didnt rush you allowed time to relax after session.

I had a pedicure My suggestion would be that the therapist, after soaking the feet and removing polish that the client was then put on a bed so her feet would be totally flat making it easier for the therapist to continue making it easier for both I’ve had pedicures done this way before, I felt the therapist who was good she seemed to have restricted space to work in. not very comfortable for her I hope you find this useful

This is our second visit to the spa. The welcome was not as friendly and interactive with the staff as the first visit. Recommendation given for what products would be needed for my own facial regime were given in a leaflet, but no prices given or actual products shown to purchase. No samples were given either. On visiting last year they gave us a sample of the product they were recommending. We enjoyed the mini afternoon tea, although I would say there were too many sweet things on there and not enough savouries. Maybe a suggestion of small sausage roll or quiche to go with the small selection of sandwiches. The hotel seating areas are great for relaxing and unwinding.
