My husband and I used the spa services while staying at the hotel. We were welcomed by friendly and professional staff. I had a facial and everything they were going to do and use was talked through with me beforehand to ensure I was happy. The facial was carried out very professionally. When it was finished there was no feeling of being rushed out. Although product recommendations were made there was no hard sell to buy them. Whole experience was very relaxing and pleasant. Will come again.
