The hair cut was good and my hairdresser knew what would suit me. However, the hairdresser kept on going on about the colour build up in my hair which I was aware of anyway and had been sorting out for around a year. It would have been fine if she'd mentioned it just once or twice but she went on about it for the whole hair cut which was around 30 minutes. Going to the hairdresser is normally relaxing but I just left feeling annoyed. Also at the beginning I was offered a drink and I'd asked for a water. However they must have forgot as I didn't see any water appear for the whole time I was there. It's not as if a glass of tap water is that hard to prepare. Overall they are good at doing hair but I just felt like I was ignored a bit and left in quite a negative mood so I do not think I will be returning.

I really like the beauty girl but she is quite clumsy I always have sticky legs after a wax and wax in mt hair after eyebrows. Also twice she has taken off a decent layer of skin when eyebrow waxing.

Nuala is very professional, yet friendly and always cuts my hair so well. I've never been able to get a good haircut (!) because I'm not good at explaining what I want (or even knowing what I want) but she manages to do it - she must be a mind reader as well as an excellent hairdresser.
