Staff are very friendly and professional, happy to advise on the care of your hair. Always offered a drink and a magazine whilst waiting and during my hair treatments/cuts. Love the loyalty card- can save towards a free hand massage. Separate note: Love the decoration of the salon, modern, shabby chic and homely.
