They did exactly what I didn't want . I came in with photos and described exactly what I wanted and have had before at other salons and explained I need to be able to the it up for work. She hacked my hair too short to tie up and looks nothing like the style I asked for I actually hate what she did to my hair and want to wear a hat all the time it's horrendous.
