As a first time customer, my experience at Nicky Oliver was amazing and well above my expectations. I was warmly greeted and staff were so kind and caring. Alison was the stylist that worked on my hair and she was absolutely terrific! She walked me through the techniques she was using on my hair after I described the type of result I would like to see and she worked it incredibly well. The environment was warming and Alison was very careful with me and made me feel welcomed and safe. I've received many compliments about my hair by friends so far, in particular how well textured Alison has made it (which was exactly what I asked of her!) - I will definitely be recommending this salon to others and will be sure to return! Thank you so much Alison :)
