Overall pleased with the cut and style but I had to repeat the cut and style I wanted. I waited about 20 minutes before he came over after getting seated and then further wait after getting hair washed by someone else (water temperature was very temperamental - very cold, luke warm, okay to very cold to luke warm - annoying) - Requested short layer at the front (hitting the shoulders) and one length at the back, he took it to mean layers all over, his colleague intervened - he used a blade to put in the layer not scissors had to tell him not to use the blade - don’t want my hair to be thinned out - I asked for it to be blow dried straight he decided to curl the bottom I said didn’t realise I had to say ‘poker straight’ for it to be all straight and then he did straighten it (never had to say poker straight anywhere else) Bit too hard work to request the cut and style but did get there at the end (sister had hers done at the same time and her stylist was top notch - no waiting, from the start she washed her hair and meticulously took her time with a nice finish) oh well.
