Too expensive for the service I have received . I have had upper lip done and eyebrow wax and I have 2 blood blisters , and I still had hair on my lips and eyebrows. Worst service I have ever received and so expensive. Now worth it.

This visit was not as good as my last.My lady was kind and helpful but the pedicure was not as good.No massage chair ,well no massage put on,water cool .My eyebrow tint and lip and chin wax left me with redness and lumps for a couple of days!Not good as I went out soon after.In light of this please cancel my next booked appointment on the 10 th of May.

In the light of the salon, all looked fine. At home, I can see that the gel on my hands is completely uneven and after my shower, I have ruined my toenail polish - this is supposed to be gel and should not be affected by a shower!! Overall I spend over £80 and I have NEVER had such a bad job done on my nails! I will never return. I am leaving for overseas so do not even have time to go back to have the problem rectified! I will now be traveling with terrible nails which was exactly what I was trying to avoid by going to the salon in the first place. The service was good and I cannot fault it but the workmanship or products is terrible! Very angry and disappointed!

Prompt service.Redness of chin and lip more than usual.Glad that I was not going to meet anyone straight afterwards,the skin calmed down in oa hour or so.Pleased with the eyebrow tint.

Remedial 30 minute massage was barely 20 minutes! Nice relaxing massage but not remedial, I had shoulder and neck problems which needed more attention. More like s relaxation massage. Disappointed m
