I had booked treatment for waxing and asked for nails also. The treatment was good but attitude of staff so poor and unfriendly. I was made to feel unwelcome particularly by girl who did treatments.

I think that Sophie is an amazing beautician and delighted with the results of her facials, my only slight complaint about the salon is there often no one on reception.

Beautician who should have been dealing with me was not in work that day so when I arrived I was asked to come back to salon half hour later which luckily was not too much of a problem that day as I was not working but was trying to get ready to go on holiday so had planned my day accordingly. Beautician who dealt with me said she had tried to ring me on the morning - when I checked landline she had but had not left message! Card machine was not working so could not pay by card and having checked prices on my return have noted I was overcharged by £1. I did not tip!

I absolutely love the salon, all the staff are very experienced and always having training on new products. I have recommended the salon to friends and family who have also been and thoroughly enjoyed their treatments too. The salon also has lots of lovely jewellery, scarves, bags and make up etc. for sale should you want an extra treat which I usually do. Very, very lovely.
