I had a back and neck massage and I felt it was rushed as she started at 10 past 4 then the massage was over by just gone 20 past. And I wasnt asked how I would like to receive the massage as I wanted it deep tissue and received a back stroke.

Beautician who should have been dealing with me was not in work that day so when I arrived I was asked to come back to salon half hour later which luckily was not too much of a problem that day as I was not working but was trying to get ready to go on holiday so had planned my day accordingly. Beautician who dealt with me said she had tried to ring me on the morning - when I checked landline she had but had not left message! Card machine was not working so could not pay by card and having checked prices on my return have noted I was overcharged by £1. I did not tip!

I have been coming to this salon for a few years now. However, on this occasion I was disappointed with the service I received, it was not the usual friendly reception. There was confusion over which treatment I was having. I also had my eyebrows threaded which was much more painful than usual and the girl was rather abrupt.

I was disappointed that one of my nails chipped after less than a week. I work in an office so I haven’t been doing anything particularly strenuous with my hands, and was told the gel should last around 3 weeks.

I am sorry that a nail has chipped. We say a gel manicure is chip resistant and lasts around 10 days . some clients can go up to 3 weeks but that is can demand on different factors. As it has only been a few days could you call the salon to book a repair free of charge . I can not contact you direct as you review does not shoe your full name unfortunately.
