First time at the salon and wow was I impressed! The atmosphere was so welcoming, staff very friendly and put you at ease. My stylist Louise took the time to discuss what I wanted and her professionalism was second to none. The cut was perfect, just what I asked for, and this reflects not only her talent, but her listening skills and commitment to excellent customer service. After lots of disappointing haircuts I am now happy with my hair and will definitely be returning to Mosaic.
