Visited the salon to have extensions. James advised me on the best system to have for my fine hair and I was delighted with the end result. I have had hair extensions at other salons before but always been disappointed with the clumpiness of the extensions which were partially visual through my own hair, James understood exactly what I described and when he'd finished I had fine extensions throughout my hair that were invisible and weightless.Delighted...

I suffer with alopecia and this is the first time I have visited a hair salon in over 2 years due to total hair loss. I have had a full head of highlights which look amazing. I was given a service second to none and treated with such discretion and given the privacy I needed I felt more than comfortable. I am due back next week for my extensions to be fitted and can't wait. Thank you so much Mark and Jamie, you have given me my confidence back

I think to make the experience a more enjoyable one when your spending a lot of money for quality extension you should be offered a glass of prosecco.

Commenting on value for money is difficult since there is nothing I can compare it to. Over a period of time it will become apparent if the work done for the desired effect will be sustained. The question re. value for money after that period of time can be answered more effectively.
