Hannah was brilliant and nothing was too much. Great colourist and stylist. Trainee who washed my hair was O.K, when she asked my to move my head, when washing my hair it would have been nice if she could have said please.

Hannah blow dried my hair today it is the first time I normally go to suj or sophie but Hannah did a fabulous job but unfortunately the young girl who shampooed was not so great.

wash basins very badly designed especialy for short people. The basin needs to adjust so that it is lower and not feel as though your head is in a vice.
