Very busy today but still friendly and professional, just came for a blowdry and it looks gorgeous, Lolly listened to what I wanted and it is sorted for the weekend. I also came for cut and colour recently; i had to change my appointment so couldn't have Sophie B who usually does my colour so Hannah did it and made a beautiful job of it. i wanted a slight change to my usual style and Lolly cut it beautifully and blow driied it, I had a few compliments from friends and family which is nice. This salon really is excellent, we are very lucky to have it! thank you all all of you

Colour by Katie today, who listened carefully to me and then gave me a lovely slight change to my colour ready for Autumn. Then cut and finish with Lolly who was wonderful as usual. The salon staff and atmosphere were friendly and welcoming as always. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my hair! Also didn't have time to write anything after the last visit so adding it now; I was going somewhere special and wanted to look good; Sophie B gave me fabulous colour and exactly what I wanted as she always does and Lolly gave me a superb cut and blowdry , I felt wonderful and got lots of compliments. Thank you both!

Jenna was great, she listened to my concerns about my hair and offered her advice based on what I wanted and my hair type so that we could achieve something similar to my Pinterest board! I’ve been looking for a nice salon in South Birmingham for a few years now and I’ve finally found one! I will be back!

Since I've been coming to this salon, I've been very pleased with my hair every time. My daughter recently got married and the cut and colour I got were fantastic and just right for me. Thank you so much everyone for all you do to provide a great service.
