I would highly recommend this salon, I'm always pleased with the treatment I receive. It has a really lovely atmosphere, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. It is brilliant and I always get asked where I have my hair done!

I was very happy with my style and colour overall. My colourist was very chatty. The girl who washed my hair was quite chatty as well. Unfortunately my stylist didn't chat at all, only asked me how I was, what style I wanted, and then at the end asked me if I was happy with my cut. My stylist excused themselves twice while cutting my hair, once to go to reception, and in the opposite direction the second time. I'm used to a bit of a "chin-wag" when I come in to the salon so I felt a bit deflated when I left. I have asked for a different stylist when I come in next time. Also I never get advice on how to best look after my colour and no-one ever talks about the products they're using. I work in retail, and although it feels a bit cheesy sometimes talking about products, I know from experience that I sell more if I talk more. I would happily buy your products on a recommendation as they make my hair smell and look great, but in all the years I have been coming to your salon I have only bought one hairspray.

Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming at the salon... I have been going there since it opened and know Matthew from before he opened the salon. I can't imagine going anywhere else or having anyone else cut my hair.
