Bella did a nice job on my colour today, she made it look very even without darkening it too much. Not sure how I'm going to manage my roots while I'm away as it was a blend of two numbers though.

Hannah was brilliant and nothing was too much. Great colourist and stylist. Trainee who washed my hair was O.K, when she asked my to move my head, when washing my hair it would have been nice if she could have said please.

The service is always good however I do feel that the cost is quite expensive compared to other salons. I couldn't afford to have a colour and cut this month, how about some special offers?

I have been a client at Matthew James for a few years. I was disappointed to find that I was not told that my hairdresser had left prior to attending my next booking and was not given the option of whose column I was transferred to. It has taken me a long time to get my hair to where I wanted it. The salon is otherwise a professional, enjoyable place to go and the staff are very attentive and talented.
