I only have experience with reception and Shenaz. I have been coming to Marcelo's for a long time. I am always greeted in a most friendly manner with help to take off my coat etc(I am old). Congratulations for this. I look forward to each visit due to the helpfulness and friendly consideration shown to me. Furthermore I do not wish to spend too long each visit. I am always seen promptly which I appreciate. Good luck with the future of Marcelo's
