I have my hair cut by Nicola. I initially booked a last minute, on the day appointment and was very impressed with my cut and overall experience that I have continued to book with Nicola ever since. I think finding a hairdresser that you feel comfortable with, and trust, is really important and I feel I have found that in Nicola.

I was really excited to get my hair cut as Helen did a great job last time. I had my appointment at 9:00 and I was called a bit before just to be told that Helen was off sick and if I wanted I could have Paul instead. I needed a haircut so I accepted. The final result is great and I am satisfied with it but the sour note came up when I was told that I had to pay £53.00 instead of the £39.00 with Helen. Surely, Helen not being there is not my fault: why were I only told the price after the haircut? I was only expecting to pay £39.00? If I knew, I would have not accepted it. I did not make a fuss but I was bitterly disappointed with the lack of commercial gesture. This is the first time I was left with a bitter note and I have been quite a regular customer since I love the finish that each hairdressers are capable of so I will be back. But please, no more surprises like this. Thanks.
