Although I was completely satisfied with my colour, cut and blow dry there were a couple of aspects of my visit that I noticed were not as they had been on all my previous visits. When the colour was put on my hair, I was told it would be on for about 30 minutes or so. I was then just left without being offered a drink or any reading material. This has never happened to me before and I felt that 30 minutes was quite a long time to wait staring into space. Then when I was taken to the basins, by the same person who had applied the colour, I was not asked if I wanted my feet up. These are both minor niggles, but I just felt that the 'pampering' side of a trip to the salon was lacking slightly compared to previous visits. I was also not asked if I would like to re-book when I paid, which again is something that usually happened previously
