Can’t say I wasn’t disappointed with how I felt leaving your salon today. Ellie is a lovely girl but super inexperienced and I felt that straight away My hair was cut at the back without deviding into sections which I’ve never experienced before She asked me multiple times if I was happy with the the cut before she wanded I was so scared to lose any more length that I just asked her to stop cutting I could clearly see 1 side was shorter than than the other but didn’t want to lose any more length I was told on the phone my bill would be £42 I was then asked to pay £50 This made me really upset and questioned the reception She explained all hairdressers are taught differently Just none I’ve ever experienced

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to after my recent experience. I came in asking for a tidy-up and left with something I can only describe as a complete butchering. What was supposed to be a simple haircut has left me wearing a hat for the foreseeable future. I was very clear about wanting to keep length and shape. Instead, large sections were unevenly chopped with no real attention to detail or care. The cut is not blended, not balanced, and quite honestly, looks like it was done in the dark. I’m now faced with the lovely task of waiting weeks (if not months) for this to grow out into something manageable. I expected professional results. What I got was incredibly disappointing.

I usually love getting my hair cut here because I’m usually very pleased with how it looks and the service is usually amazing, however today 15/7 I came in for a hair cut and I can’t remember his name but he didn’t ask many question and I explained to him what I wanted and showed him a pictures and also told him what I didn’t want, if I’m 100% this is probably one of worst hair cuts Iv ever had. As I said I’m usually very happy and I continue to come back to get my hair cut but this one is not good at all

Gel polish uneven, gaps in polish, bits in polish. Overall really disappointed

Have been going here a few years now and always had a good haircut. The one I received yesterday was really poor though. Asked for a low fade and ended with a high fade and only realised how poor it was once I’d got home and had showered all the loose hair off. But as I say every other time I have been it’s been great. Just going to put it down to an off day.
