I was really upset during my visit to the salon on Saturday 13/5/17. My appointment was for 12 and I waited till 12.10 to be seen. The new colours take so long too develop without any heat and I was still sitting with colour in at 13.40. When it was finally taken off it was one of the young girls who did not wash the shampoo and conditioner out so I had to ask 3 times to wash it out properly and the gown ended up very wet. I was not asked if I wanted a colour saver or any other option either. It was 2.55 before I left the salon, which I think is excessive for a colour and a blow dry. I did discuss all of this with Tammy who did admit that my timings had been done wrong. I have never had any problems like this but want you consider how long these appointments are taking. My next app is estimated 3.5 hours! Which is very long for someone who works full time.
