I had an apt with Dominique for wash, cut and blow dry. Don being the director and charging the top rate, I thought I try him for my hair cut. I have given him clear instructions and he relayed back to confirm what I wanted and I felt assured that I was in good hands and he will do a good job. Unfortunately, he cut my hair far too short and blunt Bob cut which I didn’t want. I also asked for 2 layers and feather cut to give natural look. Again I didn’t get that. I was in tears but tried to hold. Don knew that he had messed up my hair and went inside the back room as soon as he finished. I’m on my holidays which was supposed to be my dream holidays and I wanted to look good. Instead I have been crying and tooooo upset about my hair. They are so short that I can’t even put a hair clip or hair band to hide the horrible look. I should’ve had paid for such a disastrous hair cut but was too upset to think straight. I previously had 2 visits last year and had hair cut by Abbey who has done the great job and did exactly what I asked for and I was very happy. They can call me in 1st week of February to talk if they wish to discuss this further. My new year with my dream holidays started with a lot of tears only because of the bad hair cut.
