Original price quoted was approx £42, for some reason ended up being £62, colour on roots not a great match, roots went almost a greyer colour rather than blonde

I was under the impression my cut & finish would be £31.50. And had an email confirmation of this. When I got to the till I was asked for £46.50 as I was told I had a re-style. The stylist & I agreed how she would cut my hair. At no point was I told a further cost would incur. I was told I had a "top stylist" which I hadn't actually asked for! As my stylist was off sick. I ended up paying £41.50 to avoid any further embarrassment. But I am not happy about my experience in any way. My hair is so short & I am devastated at how it looks it is not how I wanted it. I did ask her not to cut it short in the layers which she has completely ignored. I now have to feel uncomfortable until it grows. I won't be returning to the salon again.

unfortunatley my colour was not as expected and whilst a toner was put on top it still is not right, it is the first time I have ever been to the hairdressers and wanted to cry and I even had to wash my hair myself when I got home.

I have recently been for a root recolour . The price now £28.95. The last time I came for the same treatment my regular hairdresser knew I was unhappy with the results, as I had been left in the hands of a trainee who had not put the toner on correctly, and told me to wait a week and see if I was any happier. I wasn't but as my dad had a stroke the following week(aged 89) I was unable to return to the salon to complain.I told her my circumstances but was still charged the same price. I also told her that I had been looking at other salons to visit in the future to which she replied feel free to go else where .After many years of going to Leslie Frances and being a regular customer, I feel that there should have been a reduction in the price or some sort of compensation.

I felt the stylist was excellent (Jane) . However, I booked in for a cut & blow dry but received a blast dry and straighten . I would have thought that a blow dry would be part of the service a little bit disappointed as would have prefer the choice - I would have choose blow with brush not finger blast dry fantastic haircut

Stains were left all around my forehead. I was planning on going to the shops afterwards but was too embarrassed with the amount of colour stain on my forehead so had to go straight home to scrub it clean myself. Into what I expect when paying for a service.
