From start to finish I was given a top class experience. Absolutely perfect result from a brief description and a few photos of what I was looking for. Suzanne was very professional but friendly and really helped put me at ease. It was the first haircut after having my baby and my hormones had helped make my hair and scalp in quite bad condition. Iona washed my hair and was gentle but thorough, and the added massage was much needed! When leaving, the receptionist was also very friendly and polite. A perfect haircut from a perfect team. Thank you again, I will definitely be back if you'll have me!

The stylist was amazing, took a good consultation and really shaved with my daughter through the whole appointment. Mydaughter really enjoyed the whole experience and left with a beautiful hair style.
