Have not had any complaint over years whilst visiting Kudos. Staff all ways welcoming,polite. However,my visit today and 6 weeks ago was not pleasant when I had treatment. Firstly the lady doing the treatment had very bay customer skills. I felt so rushed and did not feel that I had been pampered and with service like that feel that I would not want to come back.

I am totally disappointed with my hair ...cut and perm dreadful ... I showed Kat photographs of how I wished my long hair to be restyled cut and permed ... my friends and myself are shocked. £93.90 wasted and my hair ruined ... I had been growing my hair long for one year ... for this shoulder length restyle ... it looks like a rat has chewed it ... totally uneven hardly any layering ... dreadful perm ... I have been crying for days ... I did fully explain that I am on Warfarin blood thinner... have a pacemaker ... only 80yrs young last May. I feel too stressed to come SALON to show you ... as I have panic attacks, I do not do confrontation. Mrs P Watson.

It's a pity the reception staff pay more attention to the phone call, then the actual customer stood in front of them. Haven't you thought about taking there number & ring them back when you've finished serving the paying customer who wanted to make a further appointment.

My welcome to the salon was lovely and it's very nice inside . However, I didn't feel the stylist was very interested in what she was doing . We didn't talk really and I left feeling disappointed and wanted to go home and style my hair properly. I don't feel like hairdressers often understand curly hair and the way my hair was diffused wasn't correct .The heat was really hot which added to frizz. I left with frizzy fluffy hair that didn't resemble a style. I could have been more specific in how it could be dried , but I assumed the stylist might know how to dry curly hair . I would maybe try a different stylist next time .

The above relates to the service I received from Andrea hairdressing. I am very very satisfied with the service i get from the beauty team. The cut was appalling.

I hesitate to write this but I had my hair cut yesterday morning and it wasn’t a very good experience. My hair was washed with boiling hot water that poured d out in my neck, my haircut is not good and lopsided. I just found the whole experience a bit worrying as I felt the hairdresser was so inexperienced- she kept asking me what to do at every state. I have now booked an appointment elsewhere to fix it
